Hi ha m\u00e9s inter\u00e8s en zones fora del centre de Barcelona.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 passar\u00e0 en els pr\u00f2xims anys?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els experts diuen que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Els preus pujaran un <strong>8% el 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les compravendes creixeran un <strong>7,5%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La gent continuar\u00e0 preferint comprar en lloc de llogar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El mercat seguir\u00e0 actiu fins al <strong>2027<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest creixement \u00e9s bo per a tothom, per\u00f2 cal actuar amb prud\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 pot fer l&#8217;agent del comprador?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;agent del comprador ha d&#8217;ajudar el client a prendre bones decisions. \u00c9s important revisar b\u00e9 cada habitatge, negociar amb cura i explicar-ho tot de forma clara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <em>boom<\/em> no ens ha de fer c\u00f3rrer.
